Prepaid massage packages are valid for 120 days from purchase. Package sessions are non-refundable and may be transferred to another person.

By submitting a booking request or contacting Massage by Aleks, you may receive service-related communications needed to answer your inquiry or manage your appointment.
If you opt in to SMS appointment reminders, Bodywork by Aleks LLC may send text messages about booking confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, and customer care follow-ups. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.
If you separately opt in to promotional or rebooking SMS messages, Bodywork by Aleks LLC may send occasional offers, availability updates, and rebooking reminders. Promotional SMS consent is optional and is not required to book a service.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered SMS messages.
